Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role based in Denpasar. The Sales Consultant is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with food service customers, retailers, and other business partners within the assigned territory. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, presenting product offerings, preparing proposals, and negotiating pricing and terms in line with company policies. The role also involves following up on orders, coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery, and resolving any customer issues. The Sales Consultant will monitor market trends, gather feedback from customers, and provide input to improve products, services, and sales strategies while consistently meeting sales targets and reporting performance to management.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate product solutions.
  • Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, including building long-term relationships and handling inquiries or complaints professionally.
  • Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present products clearly and negotiate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in FMCG, food distribution, or related industries.
  • Ability to work independently in the field, manage time and territory efficiently, and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Basic proficiency in using office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email) and reporting tools.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma; a diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Comfortable working on-site in Denpasar and visiting customers regularly within the region.
