About Us

Markethac.id is Indonesias leading e-commerce analytics platform, aggregating real-time data from Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. We empower brands and retailers with actionable insights on sales trends, market share, pricing dynamics, keyword performance, and competitor benchmarking.

As we expand across Southeast Asia, were building a high-impact Sales & Business Development team to forge strategic partnerships and accelerate subscription growth.

What Youll Do :

  • Own the Full Sales Cycle : Prospect, qualify, and close enterprise accounts across various e-commerce verticals.
  • Build Relationships & Pipeline : Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through outbound outreach, LinkedIn networking, industry events, and referrals.
  • Consultative Selling : Showcase Markethacs value proposition with solutions tailored to client pain points.
  • Negotiation & Contracting : Lead commercial discussions, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and manage proposal delivery.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with Product, Data Insights, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and channel client feedback into our roadmap.
  • Target Achievement & Reporting : Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets, and maintain accurate activity and forecast reporting in our CRM.

What Were Looking For :

  • 2+ years in B2B SaaS sales or business development, ideally in analytics, martech, or e-commerce.
  • Proven track record in closing deals with mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesias e-commerce landscape (Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
  • Industry familiarity to enable meaningful client conversations.
  • Excellent communicator with consultative selling and executive-level presentation skills.
  • Strong in negotiation, objection handling, and relationship management.
  • Self-starter with a hunter mentality, comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites and industry conferences.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
