Neutral Host for indoor cellular is a business preposition to invest, design, build, operate and lease for the Mobile Network Operators (MNO) including Telkomesel, Indosat, XL, HCPT, Smartfren and Internux.

Responsibilities
- Responsible of sales of existing business segments & business development of new business segments in in-building connectivity and energy solutions in the space of telecommunications.
- Responsible for contributing to company revenue growth.
- Responsible to learn company's products and services, translate business and technical terms to develop presales materials and data to support existing and new business segments
- Responsible to develop sell plan and sales engagement material to engage customers across levels of the organisation, including senior executives.
- Strong skillsets on sales and pre-sales engagement from leads generation to sales closures.
- Strong skillsets to identify value propositions to build and justify business cases.
- Familiar with current building telecommunications connectivity technologies
- Provide documents and data administrative support as well as project management when needed
- Enjoy engaging people, self motivated, independent, resourcefull and able to deal with challenges.
Requirements:
- At least >5 years in sales and accounts management experience. Preferably with relevant experience in Telecommunications and Technology industry
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Marketing or other related disciplines
- Experience in developing major account management and sales contract closures
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong language skills, fluent in both English and Bahasa including written
- Self-motivated, diligent, responsible with keen attention to detail and adherence to deadline.
- Strong planning ability with good sales focus time management
- Able to function as individual contributor or team player.
- Willing and able to travel when required.
