What You'll Own

Be the architect of high-impact sales strategies that elevate Simply Source across global markets.
Generate elite leads and build meaningful relationships across the U.S., Europe, Asia, and beyond.
Lead high-stakes negotiations for services including EOR, tech development, marketing campaigns, and SDR outsourcing.
Solve problems like a pro by consulting with clients on their challenges and tailoring custom outsourcing solutions.
Champion innovation, bring fresh, bold tactics to cut through the market noise and win attention.
Inspire others, sharing your expertise to elevate our sales culture and mentor team members.

What Sets You Apart

8+ years of proven success in sales, business development, or client acquisition (bonus if it's in outsourcing, tech, or marketing).
Sharp communicator and natural closer you speak the language of value, not just features.
Global mindset confident pitching and negotiating with decision-makers across time zones and cultures.
Strategic, analytical, and hungry always looking to grow pipeline, exceed targets, and make an impact.
Bonus if you've sold EOR, RPO, or BPO services, or led accounts in digital marketing or tech.
