We utilize a software platform to provide seamless support for Singaporean companies from Batam. Our work involves close collaboration between teams in Singapore and Indonesia to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Batam for a Sales Support Executive. The Sales Support Executive will be responsible for supporting the sales team and drive business growth by aggressively expanding the tender pipeline, improving client tracking, and delivering high-quality proposals. Daily tasks include tender & proposal management, client engagement & marketing, performing data entry, maintaining CRM systems, and coordinating with other departments for business development to ensure smooth sales operations.

Qualifications

• Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents & draft professional quotations and customized proposals.
• Engage with ex-clients and send marketing teasers and capability statements to potential clients.
• Data Entry and CRM system management skills.
• Supporting in brainstorming and implementing new sales strategies.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Written & spoken English is a must.
• Ability to work onsite in Batam.
• Previous experience in a sales support role or a related administrative position is a plus.
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
