Role Description
This full-time on-site role in Cileungsi is for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The selected candidate will develop and implement marketing strategies, identify and pursue sales opportunities, and manage customer accounts to enhance sales. Duties include providing excellent customer service, maintaining relationships with clients, conducting training sessions for sales teams, analyzing market trends, and collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders to achieve sales goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales, Sales Management, and experience in driving revenue growth
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Prior experience in Training and knowledge-sharing with sales or marketing teams
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Exposure to the food or health product industry is an added advantage
