Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is based in Surabaya for a Sales and Marketing Specialist focused on coffee machines. Responsibilities include managing sales activities, providing excellent customer service, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role entails identifying potential customers, delivering product training, and effectively managing sales pipelines. The specialist will collaborate with team members to implement sales strategies and meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess at least a SMA/SMK/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree from all Major.
• Having 1-2 years experience as a Kitchen Equipment Marketing / HORECA / F&B / Coffee Machine Marketing / etc.
• Relevant experience in marketing or the coffee industry is a plus.
• Familiar to drive a motorbike and have a driving license (SIM C).
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
• Proficient in Communication and strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Candidates must be willing to work in Surabaya, East Java.
