Sales Agronomist (Padang & Medan)

We offer recruitment services, contract labor management services, psychological tests and assessments, and wage tax calculation & contract services. We are currently assisting Syngenta Indonesia, one of the worlds leading agriculture companies.

Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for a Jr. Sales Representative located in Banjarnegara, Central Java. The Sales Representative will be responsible for daily sales activities, including prospecting and generating leads to farmers, conducting sales presentations, negotiating, and maintaining relationships with existing customers. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of the agriculture industry.

Qualifications

• Has bachelor degree (S1) Agriculture, Marketing, or related
• Has minimum 2 years of working experience in Sales, preferably in agriculture industries
• Fresh graduates are welcomed
• Able to do strategic thinking and good interpersonal & communication skills
• Comfortable of being highly mobile, doing daily visits, and interested in agriculture, sales marketing, & farmer empowerment
• Has a motorcycle and driving license (SIM C)
• Domiciled and willing to be placed in Padang & Medan
