Scope of Work:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the mining and plantation sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive revenue growth.
Develop and implement effective client acquisition strategies for target segments and sectors.
Understand client business needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Working and collaborate with internal teams (Sales Engineer, Engineering, Project, Procurement, Finance, Logistics).
Manage Client Accounts to ensure the continuity of cooperation and develop opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in selling diesel generators through distributors, dealers, or channel partners (Not importers or brand owners).
Experience managing at least 10 private company accounts in the mining and/or plantation sector.
Understanding of business processes, procurement, and stakeholders in the relevant industries.
Willing to travel to remote areas as required.
Plus Point if you:
Experienced in closing sales as a Sales Account Manager, Business Development, or Sales Engineer in the Energy, Mining, or Plantation Industry.
Highly motivated, proactive, and accustomed to working beyond targets.
Preferred trait:
Good communication, planning and time management skills
Able to work under minimum supervision and proactive
Excellent planning and organizing skill
