Who We&aposre Looking For

• Preferably has 5 years of experience in Operational Safety roles, with a minimum of 3 years in a inspector position based in Oleochemical Industry or FMCG Industry
• Fluent in English,
• Excited about being part of a dream,
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• A strong believer in the power of winning together,
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and HSE management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
• Able to use MS Office, SIMPEL, SIRAJA Programs actively
• Able to come to our site in Sei Mangkei, Simalungun, North Sumatera

What You&aposll Be Doing

Responsible for implementing Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) and environmental management in an oleochemical plant, with a strong focus on wastewater treatment, solid waste, and emission control, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and supervise OHS implementation across plant operations.
• Manage wastewater treatment plant (WWTP), solid waste, and air emission systems.
• Conduct monitoring of effluent quality, emissions, and hazardous waste (B3) in line with regulations.
• Prepare environmental reports (AMDAL, RKL-RPL, PROPER, etc.) for authorities.
• Support internal and external audits (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3, PROPER).
• Provide OHS & environmental training and awareness programs for employees.
