Job Purpose/Overview:
This position overall has responsibility for the development, implementation and improvement of all Sales supporting systems which include sales productivity tracking, data information, RTM structure, and driving the agenda of Sales Capability in order for Field Sales Group, Distributor & External Partners to achieve their objectives.
In addition, this role also manages and prepares sales data analysis for both internal and external, which is a means to support and develop the right sales strategy for sales execution in all channels, market activities, and customer management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads reviews and proposed action plan for sales productivity strategy, including providing standard monitoring tools of Source of Growth (SoG) across channels.
- Connects and collaborates across functions, both Internal and external (distributors) to assist Sales Field team in delivering high productivity call that meet business objectives requirements.
- Leads the development & implementation of operating systems for distributors to grow the business of trade outlets by establishing standards, systems, and policies.
- Creates control or monitoring systems and procedures to have valid data and quality Information.
- Plays a critical role while rolling out/extending sales system features expansion /DMS and other applications or upcoming key projects with distributors.
- Evaluates RTOM opportunities and collaborates with LTs to establish RTM plans in delivering short / long term business needs.
- Acts as a Trainer and first point of contact for Field Sales reps and distributors in terms of essential sales operations fundamentals such as: sales call, product knowledge, supporting sales apps (PV), etc.
Job Specifications/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial / Informatics Engineering, Strategic Marketing, or any related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales system support, specially FMCG.
- Experience in Power BI, Sales Force Automation – tech-savvy.
- Experience in RTM assessment and development.
- Technical expertise in data management for sales and involvement in cross-functional departments.
