Price Optimization: Establish dynamic pricing strategies based on market analysis, demand, and competition, to maximize property revenues.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales and occupancy performance, using data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Distribution Management: Coordinate and manage distribution channels to ensure maximum visibility and availability of properties, ensuring that information is accurate and up-to-date on all booking platforms.
Team Liaison: Liaise with the team in Bali, more precisely with our manager, to update the booking calendar for each villa.
Requirements
Proven experience in the real estate and revenue management sector.
Fluency in English and Italian Written & Verbal.
Job Details
Part-time for the first few months (2-3 hours per day, managing two villas).
Full-time after 6 months.
Fixed salary + commissions and bonuses based on results achieved.
