Retail Trainer

Job Description:

1. Deliver training programs for end-user and dealer teams to enhance skills in products, system usage, and store management.
2. Manage regional stores, monitor execution, and ensure store performance meets company standards.
3. Mentor benchmark stores and maintain consistent brand image and product displays.
4. Support product promotion, new product sales, and gather market insights through competitor visits.
5. Conduct regular store audits and oversee corrective actions for non-compliant stores.
6. Willing to travel frequently to regional stores.
7. (Preferred) Experience in industries such as consumer electronics, automotive, or retail, where product training and store operations are key.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent
2. 2+ years experience as a Store Trainer / Retail Trainer
3. Excellent communication and coaching skills; outgoing personality
4. Fluent in English is a must; Mandarin preferred
5. Willing to travel frequently
