Retail Trainer Lead

Responsibilities :

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 46 years of experience in retail training, learning & development, or related role (fashion, lifestyle, or FMCG industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, store KPIs, and customer service best practices.
• Proven experience in facilitating training for frontline retail employees.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to design engaging training materials (both in-class and digital formats).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-brand retail environment.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing small teams.
• Willingness to travel regularly for store visits and training sessions.

Requirements :

• Develop, plan, and deliver retail training programs (onboarding, product knowledge, selling skills, customer service, and store operations).
• Partner with Retail Operations, HR, and Brand teams to identify training needs and create impactful learning solutions.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and maintain training calendar for new hires, store openings, and ongoing staff development.
• Facilitate classroom, on-the-job, and digital training sessions to ensure high engagement and knowledge retention.
• Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance improvements at the store level.
• Lead and mentor training supervisors/coordinators to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
• Maintain training documentation, materials, and SOPs to support scalability.
• Support career development pathways for retail staff to strengthen retention and succession planning.
