Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for store operations, visual merchandising, and customer service.
Recruit, train, and mentor store leaders and employees to uphold company values and deliver excellent customer service.
Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions regarding inventory management, stock levels, and product placement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional strategies and events to drive foot traffic and sales.
Oversee the planning and execution of new store openings, including layout design, staffing, and inventory setup.
Coordinate participation in events and exhibitions, showcasing our products and enhancing brand visibility.
Manage relationships with retailers and retail partners, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.
Monitor store performance metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Maintain strong relationships with warehouse team and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership positions.
Prior experience in a retail company, with a strong background in store & event operations management.
Proven success in creating and implementing SOPs to streamline store operations.
Experience in recruiting, training, and managing store teams.
Strong understanding of the Indonesian consumer behavior, and trends.
A passion for lifestyle and well-designed products, with familiarity in brands similar to ours.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
