Beautyhaul is one of the fastest-growing beauty companies in Indonesia that aspires to be the largest vertically integrated beauty ecosystem from supply to retail.

Our first brand 'Somethinc was founded in 2019, and is currently the #1 skincare brand in e-commerce & modern trade with >1M social media followers. Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.

Responsibilities:

As a Retail Operations Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations and developing strategic initiatives to enhance BeautyHaul Indonesias retail performance. You will ensure an optimal shopping experience, improve operational efficiency, and develop the retail team across multiple store locations.

  • Lead and oversee store operations to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop operational strategies to enhance efficiency and business performance.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of excellent customer service standards.
  • Analyze store performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (merchandising, marketing, supply chain) to ensure smooth store operations.
  • Manage inventory and stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Train and develop the retail team to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, company policies, and retail regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in the beauty or lifestyle industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Proven experience in team management with excellent leadership abilities.
  • Solid understanding of merchandising, inventory management, and sales strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
  • Willingness to travel to different store locations when needed.
