This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Relations Officer located in Kecamatan Nusa Penida. The Guest Relations Officer will be responsible for welcoming and assisting guests, handling guest inquiries and complaints, coordinating with other departments to fulfill guest requests, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction. Daily tasks will include managing reservations, providing information about the facilities and services, and maintaining a high level of customer service at all times.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Experience in hospitality, guest relations, or customer service
• Proficiency in using reservation and CRM software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
