Job Description
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, or in a similar leadership role within a premium restaurant or hotel.
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, guest service excellence, and service quality standards.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of inventory control, food & beverage cost management, budgeting, and sales reporting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to oversee daily operations and maintain high service standards.
- Candidates currently based in Bali are preferred.
