General Requirements:

* Proven experience as Restaurant Manager or in a supervisory role in F&B

* Strong leadership and people management skills; able to hire, train, schedule, and motivate staff

* Excellent customer service and communication skills, with ability to handle complaints and resolve conflicts

* Good understanding of restaurant operations (FOH & BOH), food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations

* Financial literacy: able to manage budgets, control costs, analyze P&L, and monitor revenue and inventory
