Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at our premium steak and wine restaurant in Canggu ( Bali,Indonesi ). The Restaurant Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensure high standards of food and beverage service, and maintain customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing staff, hiring and training team members, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, handling customer feedback, and supporting overall restaurant operations to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Experience in Hiring and staff management
  • Excellent Communication skills for team and customer interactions
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations
  • Leadership experience in a dynamic setting
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations in the restaurant industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to deliver the best dining experience
  • Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and fine dining service standards
  • Fluent in English
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a floor manager or in a similar role

Working Hours: Full-time, shifts based on operational needs
