Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager located in Sanur, Bali. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high-quality standards. Additional responsibilities include inventory and supply management, scheduling staff, managing budgets, monitoring compliance with health and safety regulations, and implementing strategies to maximize revenue. The Restaurant Manager will also collaborate with other team members to enhance dining experiences and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant operations, team leadership, and staff management
• Expertise in customer service, conflict resolution, and enhancing guest experiences
• Strong understanding of inventory management, budget handling, and cost control
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards in the food industry
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and solve problems efficiently
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Prior experience in hospitality management is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field (preferred)
