Job Responsibilities :
- Welcome residents/guests and manage parents visits (approval, visiting hours, and required forms).
- Handle daily mail distribution, update room availability, and manage room reservations.
- Oversee equipment lending/return, ensure good condition, and record in the logbook.
- Provide information, respond to complaints, share announcements, and escalate issues to relevant parties.
- Prepare reports on violations/incidents and maintain accurate records and correspondence.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or Tourism.
- Prior experience in Guest Relations or Front Office is an advantage, preferably from Hospitality Industry.
- Strong service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated analytical, conceptual, creative, and innovative thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); Proficiency in other languages is a strong plus
