Reservations & Sales Assistant

Were looking for a professional and personable Reservations & Sales Assistant to join our growing team. Youll be the first point of contact for guests and travel agents, handling villa bookings, enquiries, and ensuring every pre-arrival experience is seamless and in line with our luxury standards.

What youll do:

Manage bookings from enquiry to confirmation

Communicate with guests and agents via email, WhatsApp, and OTAs

Coordinate with villa and concierge teams to deliver guest requests

Upsell services like airport transfers, chefs, and spa treatments

Handle changes or special requests with efficiency and grace

What were looking for:

Experience in hospitality, reservations, or luxury customer service (villa/hotel background a plus)

Excellent English communication skills

Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure

Familiarity with booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.)
