Role Overview

The Reservations Coordinator will oversee booking procedures, liaise with both clients and service partners, and guarantee the efficient handling of all reservation-related activities. This position is well-suited for someone who thrives on organization, takes initiative, and enjoys working collaboratively.

Main Duties :

• Process daily reservations (accommodation, transport, tours, etc.)
• Maintain regular communication with service providers through email and calls
• Draft and edit travel itineraries and price offers
• Input reservation details accurately and promptly into our system
• Work closely with the sales and operations teams for smooth execution
• Cultivate and manage strong supplier partnerships
• Prepare travel documentation (vouchers, schedules, billing)
• Support administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in tourism or hospitality ( Fresh graduates can be considered )
• Degree or diploma in Travel, Tourism, or a similar discipline
• Strong English communication skills; knowledge of French is a valuable asset
• Organized, communicative, and attentive to detail
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Positive, personable, and eager to grow professionally
• Ready to begin work immediately
