Position Consulting Admin Staff
- Maintain and organize client documentation and tax-related files.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and project timelines.
- Support data entry, report generation, and preparation of necessary documents for consulting projects.
- Provide general administrative support to the consulting team.
- Attend daily and weekly team meetings
- Follow up on unsigned documents
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skill; written and verbal in English (IELTS test will be a plus point)
- 1 year of experience in an administrative role especially in financial consulting industry will be a plus point
- A willingness to be flexible and adapt to change
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work (crucial)
- An interest in undertaking training and development to learn new skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
