Job Description

Pt. Natari Pratama is founded on 2007. As a Outsourcing, Offshoring and Headhunter company we provide many service for our client solutions such as Cleaning Service, Security, Admin, Etc. Currently we&aposre opening a Vacancy for our Client, and the Interview will be using English Language.

Position Consulting Admin Staff

  • Maintain and organize client documentation and tax-related files.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and project timelines.
  • Support data entry, report generation, and preparation of necessary documents for consulting projects.
  • Provide general administrative support to the consulting team.
  • Attend daily and weekly team meetings
  • Follow up on unsigned documents

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skill; written and verbal in English (IELTS test will be a plus point)
  • 1 year of experience in an administrative role especially in financial consulting industry will be a plus point
  • A willingness to be flexible and adapt to change
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work (crucial)
  • An interest in undertaking training and development to learn new skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
