Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Bogor. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their financial requirements, and providing tailored financial solutions. The role involves meeting clients, assessing their financial needs, offering appropriate banking products, and ensuring client satisfaction through excellent service delivery.

• Excellent client relationship management skills
• Strong knowledge of banking products and financial markets
• Ability to understand and analyze clients financial needs
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in customer service and client satisfaction
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant experience in the banking or financial services industry is advantageous
