Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Bandung. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing client portfolios, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include identifying client needs, offering suitable financial products and services, conducting periodic reviews of client accounts, and addressing any client inquiries or issues. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to coordinate client services and support business development efforts.

Qualifications

• Client Relationship Management, Portfolio Management, and Customer Service skills
• Strong understanding of financial products and services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
• Proficiency in using banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
