Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Bintaro. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and ensuring the delivery of top-notch banking services. Daily tasks include analyzing client financial needs, offering tailored financial solutions, and maintaining updated knowledge of banking products. Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through consistent follow-ups and support is crucial in this role.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven experience in client relationship management and business development
- Financial analysis and problem-solving skills
- In-depth knowledge of banking products and services
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the banking industry is highly preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
