Role Description

The Business Executive plays a key role in supporting business growth by strengthening brand awareness and developing strategic market initiatives. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, expanding professional networks, and building sustainable relationships with clients in Jakarta and surrounding markets.

Key responsibilities include managing and nurturing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, coordinating marketing and promotional initiatives, and preparing business development reports. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to team growth through knowledge sharing, mentorship, and a supportive approach to team development.

This position is suitable for proactive and adaptable individuals who are comfortable working independently, managing priorities in a dynamic environment, and working toward clearly defined business goals. The role offers performance-based incentives and commission opportunities in recognition of individual contributions and business growth.

This is a flexible role that allows work from anywhere, with regular in-office training and coordination sessions held every Monday and Saturday at the Jakarta office to support continuous learning and team collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Strong relationship-building skills and client management experience
  • Proven ability to identify and pursue business opportunities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Experience in the insurance sector or a related industry is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
