Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Medan for a Regional Tele Marketing Manager. The Regional Tele Marketing Manager will oversee the telemarketing team, develop and implement telemarketing strategies, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. Daily tasks include managing telemarketing operations, training and guiding team members, monitoring performance metrics, and analyzing data to make informed decisions. The role requires collaboration with various departments to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize company performance.

• Experience in managing telemarketing teams and developing telemarketing strategies
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance monitoring
• Ability to work on-site in Medan
• Previous experience in finance industry is a plus
