Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Tele Marketing Manager located in Medan - North Sumatera. The Regional Tele Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing tele marketing activities in the region, managing a team of tele marketers, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Qualifications

• Having maximum 2 year of managerial experience
• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor&aposs Degree from any major with relate experience
• Having experience in Contact Center Banking or Multifinance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Willing to be place in Medan - North Sumatera
