The role involves overseeing day-to-day sales and operations activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing communication channels, and delivering excellent customer service.
Develop and implement effective business strategies for fashion retail across all stores/counters throughout Indonesia.
Calculate and maintain margin percentages between operational expenses (OPEX) and sales revenue.
Build and maintain good relationships and cooperation with relevant Department Stores to optimize sales at each counter.
Collaborate and negotiate effectively with all relevant Department Stores across Indonesia regarding all promotional campaign activities.
Conduct sales forecasting by calculating efficient and effective operational costs.
Set, implement, and monitor the performance of an effective and efficient store/counter operations team.</li>
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experiences in retail or fashion industry is a plus
Analytical Skills and Operations Management
Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
Experience as an Operations Manager (Consignment) in the Fashion Retail Industry, or as a Department Store Manager for at least 5 years.
Understand sales margin calculations compared to operational costs, and be capable of calculating sales potential per square meter at each Department Store counter.
As an Operations Manager, must have handled and increased sales in more than 50 fashion stores/counters, or as a Store Manager, have experience managing over 50 brands within a Department Store.
Possess strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and be able to provide training, coaching, and motivation to all store teams (SPG/SPB) to achieve sales targets.
Willing to travel to each store to supervise all operational activities at each OSELLA counter in Department Stores across Indonesia.
