Regional Sales Manager-paper Indonesia

My Client:

This is a leading paper chemical manufacturer in China with nearly 500 employees, an R&D center, and production facilities, generating nearly US$150 million in annual revenue. We are currently recruiting sales representatives for our overseas sales team. We welcome applications from both overseas Chinese and Indonesian applicants.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the overall coordination and oversight of application solutions for key Indonesian paper mill clients, ensuring effective implementation, promptly following up on product feedback, and assisting clients with resolving technical and application issues.

In-depth understanding of customer needs, collecting and analyzing competitor trends and market information, identifying potential business opportunities, and promoting new business development.

Maintaining business stability with existing key clients, establishing long-term partnerships, and improving customer satisfaction and retention.

Basic Requirements:

Bachelor&aposs degree or higher, with at least 15 years of production, technical, or sales experience in the paper industry. Familiarity with paper mill operations and management processes, with extensive paper mill resources and project experience, is preferred. Candidates with management connections or prior experience working with local Indonesian paper mills (such as APP Sinar Mas Group and Golden Eagle Group) are preferred.

Strong client communication and project execution skills are required, with the ability to drive business implementation through multi-party collaboration.

Familiarity with paper product application scenarios and customer needs, with the ability to translate technical solutions into commercial results.

Experience in cross-cultural communication is preferred, with the ability to adapt to international client environments and diverse teamwork.
