About the Role
Synergize all operational processes (Maintenance, Housekeeping, Parking & Security) in the region under his/her responsibility so that they are in line with the management&aposs vision & mission in achieving the company&aposs maximum business targets.
Responsibility :
- Prepare short-term and long-term plans for each building management and security department within the region under their responsibility, maximizing all available potential and resources to align with the company&aposs vision, mission, and strategic objectives.
- Improve the building facility service system, including repair processes, to maintain maximum service standards.
- Manage the building facility service system to accelerate repair lead times and prevent recurrence.
- Control costs associated with building facility functions to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
- Provide opinions and suggestions for improvements related to site operations related to building facilities to management and other departments.
- Oversee all operational processes (Maintenance, Housekeeping, Parking & Security) under their responsibility, ensuring they comply with applicable company procedures to ensure customer safety and comfort.
- Evaluate existing systems, procedures, and policies to ensure that each facility management process is implemented effectively and in accordance with company needs.
Requirement :
- S1, All major.
- Minimum 3 years working as an Mall Operation Manager in a mall.
- Skill & Knowledge : Negotiation & Persuasion, Business Orientation, Marketing Strategy, Leasing Management
- Placement : Head Office Kawan Lama, West Jakarta.
