About the Role
You will work as a Leasing Manager where you will be responsible for carrying out commercial area marketing activities according to the scope to obtain potential tenants in accordance with the company&aposs strategy and targets so that it can support the achievement of company targets.
Responsibility :
- Develop a tenant composition strategy, so that it can boost mall operations and generate traffic.
- Ensure that the correspondence schedule to tenants runs according to the applicable company timeline and procedures to support the achievement of company targets.
- Prepare cooperation proposals that are mutually beneficial for tenants and the company in accordance with applicable procedures, so that they can support the achievement of company targets.
- Establish good and professional cooperative relationships with all tenants (internal & external), so as to achieve mutually beneficial business cooperation.
- Ensure that all tenant payment processes run smoothly in accordance with applicable company procedures to support company operations.
- Ensure that all tenant rental rates are in line with applicable company procedures so that they will not cause potential company losses.
- Regularly monitor tenant sales achievements, so that you can identify potential tenants to increase the achievement of company targets.
Requirement :
- S1, All major.
- Minimum 3 years as Leasing Manager.
- Skill & Knowledge : Negotiation & Persuasion, Business Orientation, Marketing Strategy, Leasing Management.
- Placement : Head Office Kawan Lama, West Jakarta.
