What You'll Do:

Sales Target Achievement (Primary):

Drive and deliver regional sales targets across outlets, first-quality stores, and department store channels.

Pursue new opportunities aggressively and close performance gaps with persistence and determination.

Cross-Functional Alignment:Collaborate with CRM, VM, Marketing, and Product teams to drive integrated campaigns.

Partner with HR and Finance on incentive schemes, penalties, and performance tracking.

We're Looking For:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Experience:Minimum 7–10 years in retail sales management, with at least 3 years in a regional leadership role.

Proven success in achieving aggressive sales targets and managing multi-store operations.

Skills: Determined and persistent in pursuing sales opportunities.

Strong leadership and coaching abilities.

Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Lark Sheets for regional reporting.

Open-minded, adaptable, and committed to self-growth.
