Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Manager based in Bogor. The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring compliance with company standards, meeting sales targets, and managing staff performance. Key duties include developing business strategies, monitoring financial performance, conducting market research, and implementing marketing campaigns. The Regional Manager will also handle customer service issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
