Regional Sales Manager (Jabodetabek & West Java)

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets for the assigned territories: JABODETABEK & WEST JAVA
• Build strong relationships with Distributors.
• Analyzing market trends and competitors activities and formulating strategies to respond to these.
• Build a strong pipeline and ensure accurate sales forecasting and account planning.
• Coordinating with other teams to ensure smooth delivery of products
• Prepare regular reports and participate in regular meetings to review performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor&aposs Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Have a experience in Building Material Industry and strong track record of success with prior experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• A self-starter with a strong track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
