Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the regional growth strategy for Southeast Asia, starting with Indonesia.
- Build and deepen strategic relationships across exchanges, institutions, fintech partners, and key ecosystem stakeholders.
- Drive commercial expansion through partnerships, market development, and revenue-generating initiatives.
- Shape go-to-market strategy, market prioritization, and regional execution plans.
- Partner closely with internal teams across product, compliance, legal, operations, and leadership to enable scalable and compliant growth.
- Represent the business externally with credibility and discretion.
- Build and lead a high-performing regional team as the business expands.
- Identify new opportunities across SEA and adapt strategy in line with market and regulatory developments.
Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of experience in crypto, digital assets, fintech, exchange, or related financial services.
- Senior leadership experience from a top crypto exchange in Indonesia or a leading market player of similar scale.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesia market and broader SEA digital asset landscape.
- Proven success in driving growth, partnerships, and market expansion across multiple jurisdictions.
- Strong executive presence, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience operating in a regulated, fast-paced, and cross-functional environment.
- Prior experience leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia preferred.
