Job Description:

  1. Actively source and screen candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
  2. Schedule and conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability
  3. Manage the candidate selection process, including reference checks and job offers
  4. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles
  5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
  6. Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  7. Maintain accurate records and provide recruitment data and reporting

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology from reputable university
  2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role
  3. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and HR regulations
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
  5. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
  7. Keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills
  8. Willing to be located in Banten area
