Your Responsibilities

  • Own and improve the end-to-end recruitment process with a strong focus on quality of hire
  • Work closely with leadership and hiring managers to define clear success profiles and competency requirements for each role
  • Lead recruitment for critical positions, especially B2B Sales, HRIS, ERP, and professional-level roles
  • Actively source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and targeted channels (not relying solely on inbound applications)

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Proven experience hiring for B2B, tech, or professional roles (sales recruitment experience is a strong plus)
  • Familiar with behavioral interviewing and competency-based selection
  • Able to balance business needs with recruitment standards and candidate experience
  • Strong communication skills, structured thinking, and good judgment in assessing people
