Position Overview

We are seeking a commercially driven and hands-on Recruitment Manager to lead end-to-end talent acquisition for Valiram Indonesia. This role will be responsible for building strong talent pipelines across retail operations and corporate functions, ensuring high-quality hires that align with business expansion plans and brand standards.

This is a strategic yet operational role, ideal for someone who understands fast-paced retail recruitment and can partner closely with business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Strategy

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business expansion and workforce planning.
  • Partner closely with Country Head, Brand Managers, and Retail Operations leaders to understand hiring needs.

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for retail (Store Managers, Supervisors, Sales Associates) and corporate roles.
  • Ensure strong candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers.
  • Provide market insights including salary benchmarking and talent availability.

Employer Branding

  • Strengthen employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
  • Build talent pipelines for future expansion projects.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor recruitment team members
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs: time to fill, quality of hire, offer acceptance rate.

Process Improvement

  • Ensure recruitment processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with company standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement in sourcing channels and assessment methods.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 68 years of recruitment experience, with at least 23 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Strong experience in retail or FMCG recruitment (luxury retail experience is a plus).
  • Proven track record handling high-volume retail hiring and senior-level roles.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Commercially aware and data-driven mindset.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
