Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role located in Jakarta and if you meet the qualifications during the probation period, you will be sent to Bali .

As a Human Resources Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the company. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Additionally, you will assist in the onboarding process and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Certification in Human Resources or recruitment is a plus
