Technical Recruiter

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jakarta, Indonesia, for a Technical Recruiter. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for technical roles. Key tasks include identifying hiring needs, developing recruitment strategies, building talent pipelines, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet organizational goals. Additionally, ensuring a positive candidate experience and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders will be essential aspects of this role.

• Proficient in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
• Experience in Hiring, Recruiting, and Technical Recruiting practices
• Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written, to ensure effective collaboration and candidate engagement
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, techniques, and applicant tracking systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
• Experience in recruitment for IT, telecom, or related industries is advantageous
