Baskit is on a mission to transform Indonesia's supply chain, and we need a high-energy talent partner to build the engine behind that mission. As our In-House Recruiter, you are more than a screener - you are a brand ambassador. You will leverage your deep knowledge of the Indonesian tech and supply chain landscape to identify, hunt, and close top-tier talent.

Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruitment strategy to hit aggressive growth targets across Tech, AI, and Supply Chain functions.
- Lead the identification, approach, & onboarding of talents (candidates) across positions.
- Promote Baskit's employer branding & attracts talents according to Baskit's growth ambition.
- Ensure smooth recruitment & onboarding process.
- Build & maintain strong relationships with People team & respective business partners.
- Maintain a high-velocity pipeline using our ATS, ensuring 100% data integrity and a proactive bench of talent for future needs.
- Gather talent market insights to support recruitment strategy improvements.
- Act as a consultative partner to hiring managers, using market data to guide salary negotiations and hiring decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Native-level Bahasa Indonesia and excellent professional English (written and verbal).

- Brand Ambassadorship: Ability to represent Baskit with high energy and professionalism to all external stakeholders, ensuring a gold-standard candidate experience regardless of the hiring outcome.
- Persuasion & Influence: A natural sales mindset with the ability to pitch Baskit's vision to passive candidates and close top-tier talent in a competitive market.
- Strategic Sourcing & Talent Pooling
- Ecosystem Expertise: Deep knowledge of Indonesia's talent landscape, specifically within Tech, AI, Fintech, and Supply Chain/Logistics.
- Talent Architect: Proven ability to build, nurture, and maintain long-term talent pipelines (talent pools) rather than just reacting to open headcount.
- Platform Mastery: While proficient in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and modern recruitment platforms, you are equally capable of building and maintaining manual trackers (Google Sheets/Excel) from scratch.
- Execution & Operational Excellence
- Extreme Organization: Highly structured approach to workflow; able to manage multiple high-priority roles simultaneously without compromising on quality.
- Data Integrity: Strong experience maintaining Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) with 100% accuracy to ensure clean reporting and pipeline visibility.
- Process Management: Disciplined in following recruitment SOPs while remaining agile enough to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Business Acumen & Negotiation
- Data-Driven Negotiation: Able to lead offer discussions and salary negotiations based on real-time market data and internal benchmarks.
- Business Literacy: A solid understanding of how hiring impacts business goals, particularly within the context of a tech-enabled supply chain platform.
- Resilience: Target-driven and proactive; possesses the agency hustle to overcome roadblocks and find creative solutions to sourcing challenges.
- Regional Awareness (Optional Plus)
- Experience in recruitment operations within the Philippines or other Southeast Asian markets is an advantage.
