Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process through various job portals
- Responsible to post job advertisements on various job portals
- Participate in employer branding initiatives, such as career fairs, campus recruiting, or social media campaigns
- Analyze hiring data to improve recruitment strategies
- WFO at South Jakarta
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology is a must
- Minimum 1 year of experience in full-cycle recruitment (preferably from outsourcing company).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Spreadsheet)
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter or other job portals to find active and passive candidates
- Strong administrative and coordination skills
- Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Proficient in English is a plus (both verbal and written)
