  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from role intake to offer closure.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and define hiring strategies.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking).
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for culture and role fit.
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency.
  • Ensure hiring processes are compliant, fair, and inclusive.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment (startup/fintech/ banking).
  • Fresh graduate from reputable university are welcome.
  • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills across multiple role types.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Data-driven mindset with attention to detail.
