Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from role intake to offer closure.
Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and define hiring strategies.
Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking).
Screen, interview, and assess candidates for culture and role fit.
Coordinate interviews and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing.
Track and report recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency.
Ensure hiring processes are compliant, fair, and inclusive.

Requirements

1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment (startup/fintech/ banking).
Fresh graduate from reputable university are welcome.
Strong sourcing and interviewing skills across multiple role types.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Familiarity with ATS tools and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Data-driven mindset with attention to detail.
