Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The role involves building and maintaining a talent pipeline, collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and implementing effective recruitment strategies. The Recruiter will also enhance employer branding by fostering a positive candidate experience and maintaining strong relationships with potential and current employees.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in talent acquisition, sourcing, and candidate screening
- Experience in designing and implementing recruitment strategies, with a particular focus on diversity and inclusion
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with hiring managers and candidates
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software or tools
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of employment laws, recruitment best practices, and market trends
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in remote recruitment is advantageous
