AYANA Hospitality is seeking a passionate and experienced Recreation Supervisor to join our team at AYANA Komodo. This role is ideal for an energetic individual with a strong background in fitness and recreation, who is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high service standards.
- Manage Recreation team and daily operations
- Oversee activities (gym, boxing, swimming classes)
- Ensure SOP compliance, guest safety, and satisfaction
- Train and supervise team members
- Handle guest feedback professionally
- Maintain facilities and support new program development
Requirements
- Proficient in gym instruction and fitness training.
- Certified or experienced in teaching yoga.
- Skilled in boxing techniques and coaching.
- Competent swimmer with strong aquatic skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Lifeguard certification is an advantage
