Job Responsibility :
Continuous Improvement
- Conduct continuous improvement projects in R&D work to increase efficiency and minimize errors
- Improve working methods in the NPL cycle to accelerate and automate product development processes
- Collaborate with the Business Process team and internal R&D users to ensure all R&D project stages have clear SOPs and effective ways of working
Methodology Development & Innovation Integration
- Identify innovative approaches, technologies, and tools to improve R&D operations and accelerate product development
- Integrate innovation into R&D processes to drive creativity, speed, and efficiency in research and product development
- Collaborate with other R&D teams to define and refine research methodologies
Documentation & Reporting
- Document improved processes, methodologies, and results for reference and knowledge sharing
- Prepare regular reports and updates on operational excellence initiatives within the R&D function for management
Cost Efficiency and Resource Optimization
- Identify opportunities to optimize resource allocation and minimize operational costs while maintaining high standards of output and quality
Job Requirement :
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Science, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in R&D, process improvement, or similar roles
- Understand R&D processes and product development (NPL)
- Familiar with data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
- Basic understanding of digitalization or automation
- Willing to be placed in Nabati HQ, Bandung, West Java
